Trees4Greece has the mission to secure resources for the purchase of shrubs, saplings and already grown trees for transplanting in burned and barren areas of Greece. You can contribute to this with your donation wherever you live, as long as you love environment and Greek land.
Everything you need to know about Trees4Greece and grown trees planting
- We don’t just plant trees, but we work to restore and protect forests and landscapes
- We transplant from water- retaining shrubs, saplings, to whole, shrubby saplings and especially mature trees, delaying climate change and global warming
- At Trees4Greece you can choose the area to plant (always in the areas designated for tree planting) and track your own tree growing via google.
- Our team is supported by foresters, agronomists, biologists, fire protection specialists, large organizations and institutions that make our work more efficient and immediate
- We try to liberate people and many professions (such as farmers, who are affected by climate change) from poverty We contribute AND with your own tree to the preservation of biodiversity.
